Description
Barefoot footwear from the sustainable Portuguese brand Mukishoes. Their models aim to keep feet healthy, with a thin natural rubber sole that allows the feet to feel the different types of ground they walk on. They have a very wide toe box so the feet can stretch and move freely, also contributing to the development of a strong support base. They use natural and sustainable materials sourced in Portugal, in order to eliminate the unnecessary use of plastics or foams that currently dominate the footwear industry.
The Oliva model is made of wool, lined with flannel and features a natural rubber sole with a thickness of 2.5mm. The laces are made of cotton.
Each shoe is handmade with natural materials and ecologically dyed, so small variations in colour and finish are possible.
To find the correct size, you should consult the guide in the images. To ensure respectful toe space, you should add 1.2cm to the length of the foot.

Around one year after they start walking, children usually master walking and balance. They run, jump, and play actively. For this reason, shoes—while still comfortable and barefoot-friendly—become slightly more structured with toe protection, to better support play and durability. Always maintaining the barefoot philosophy: maximum freedom of movement.

Shipments
The entire process, from packaging to delivery, can take between 3 and 7 days in mainland Portugal. The service is operated by DPD: - For the address, it is usually delivered between 1 to 2 business days after dispatch; - For pick-up points, delivery is made on the next business day after dispatch, on average. For the Azores and Madeira, the service is operated by CTT Exp

Shoes are only respectful if worn in the right size. To ensure this, you should measure the feet:

Choose the size that leaves 0.8 to 1.2 cm of space (the maximum for comfort and longer wear).
Each size can be worn respectfully until there is only 0.5 cm left, and it’s considered too small when it’s below that.
