Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell the products and services advertised on it.

The order will only be considered after payment has been received by Mada Baby Store.

After placing the order, a confirmation email will be sent with the details of the products ordered. When the order is shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking number so that the purchaser can follow the shipment of the products, if applicable.

If you wish to make changes to your order, such as removing or adding products, you must notify us within four hours after placing the order, by email at sac@madababystore.com or by phone at +351 912 856 415 (call to a national mobile network).

Payment can be made through Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or MB Way systems.

All cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. In the event that the card issuer refuses or for any reason fails to process the payment, Mada Baby Store is not responsible for any delay or non-delivery.

All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force.

Violation of any of these Terms will result in the immediate termination of your Services.

Products will only be shipped or delivered after payment confirmation.

Orders will be delivered directly by Mada Baby Store or by a delivery service contracted by the store.

Delivery costs are not included in the price of the products and will be indicated before the order is finalized.

The delivery time for products available in stock may range from 1 business day to 7 business days.

If a product is out of stock, the customer may cancel the order or wait for its arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

The customer agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service, or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission.

The prices of our products are subject to change without prior notice.
