The Mada Points Program aims to thank and reward customers for their purchases in our physical or online stores, allowing them to accumulate balance to use as a discount on future orders.
How does it work?
1€ = 1 point = 3% credit to use later! ♥<br><br>For every <strong>one euro</strong> spent on products at Mada Baby Store (in-store or online), the customer receives <strong>one point</strong> in their customer account. For each euro spent, 3% will be converted into credit to use on future orders. <strong>As a reference, 100 accumulated points correspond to three euros in credit.</strong><br><br>To accumulate points and credit, customers must be registered on the website and use their account when shopping, either online or in the physical store.<br><br>All products sold by Mada Baby Store generate points, including footwear, clothing and toys. Shipping costs, fees or additional services do not generate points.Who is it intended for?
The Mada Points Program is intended for <strong>registered customers</strong> on our website (https://www.madababystore.com/pt/), so that proper tracking, point registration, credit allocation and discounts on future orders can be managed.<br><br>Although it is linked to the website, our entire system is interconnected, meaning it is <strong>valid both for orders placed in the online store and in the physical stores</strong>, in Lisbon and Setúbal.How to use it?
With each purchase you will accumulate points and credit in your customer account. The available amount can be used on future purchases and will be deducted directly from the order total.
When placing an online order, each product will indicate how many points you can earn. Afterwards, the accumulated points and credit will be available in your customer account, under the “Points Mada” section. When making a new purchase, the cart will also indicate if you have any available balance to redeem from the points program.
This credit balance is a reward from Mada Baby Store as a thank you for your trust in our shop, and it can only be converted into discounts on purchases made in our stores. It cannot be converted into cash and is not transferable between accounts.How long are the points valid for?
With each purchase, you can accumulate points, which will be valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded. After this period, if they are not used, they will expire.What happens in the case of a return or cancellation of an order?
If you make a full or partial return of a purchase, the points awarded will be adjusted or removed proportionally.<br><br>If balance was used on the returned purchase, it will be restored as points, with the original validity.When does it become valid and what are the conditions?
The Mada Points Program is a loyalty and rewards system for customers of Mada Baby Store, owned by Varela Vasques & Bento da Silva LDA, with tax number 517510929.<br><br>It came into effect on 11/02/2026 and is currently in a testing phase, with the intention of remaining active alongside the company and store operations. However, if necessary due to force majeure, Varela Vasques & Bento da Silva reserves the right to modify or terminate the program, with prior notice on the website.<br><br>Any abusive or fraudulent use may result in the cancellation of points and/or suspension of the account.
