Barefoot Sneakers with lights on the laces. This was one of the first foot-friendly footwear options to include lights, something many children ask for and love, but which until now only existed in traditional footwear. MTNG innovated and created a model that incorporates lights in the laces, which can be activated by a button. They also include normal laces, without lights. This way, children can have the little lights without giving up free toes and freedom of movement. The toe box is wide, the sole is thin and flat, and they are flexible. They have a removable insole.

Note: We do not recommend this type of product for children who may have some sensitivity to stimuli. In addition, as parents, we may need to teach which moments may or may not be suitable for using them, for example, in a classroom context where they should remain switched off. The light is not very strong and during the day, outdoors, it is barely noticeable, but indoors or at night, it is visible. Even so, the product also includes normal laces, without lights, for those who only like the pattern of the model or for those who need to avoid using the lights at certain times.

Gait stage: This is an ideal model for children with complete gait, who have been walking for more than one year and have fully mastered walking and balance, being able to run and jump. They have a more structured sole with protection all around, so they can be more durable.

Foot type: MTNG is a brand with a medium/narrow insole width, so the models usually work best for this type of feet. In terms of height and volume, they are also more suitable for feet with a medium/low instep. If in doubt, measure the width and compare it with the size guide, with the ideal being a lateral extra room between 0.3 and 0.7cm, across both sides of the foot.

Composition: The interior and exterior are made of microfiber. The sole is made of rubber. They are vegan.

The brand: MTNG is a Spanish brand with more than 50 years of experience in the footwear sector. Its name was inspired by the idea of freedom of wild Mustang horses. More recently, it developed the Free line, with barefoot models that allow the toes to move freely and support the natural development of the feet, both for children and adults.
