Sneakers Outline

Tip Toey Joey barefoot sneakers, designed for first steps and early walking stages. They are one of the best options for this phase because they aim to simulate being barefoot as much as possible, with a minimalist structure that allows maximum freedom of movement and sensory feedback. Their shape is wide, leaving the toes free. The sole is thin, flat, and very flexible. They create an almost ?second skin? effect, keeping children very comfortable and giving them full freedom to learn and explore.

Walking stage: This model is ideal from the moment children take their first steps until the largest size available, especially during the first year of learning to walk (the stage when they learn to walk and balance). As a reference, this usually happens between 1 and 3 years old, on average. They only need to move to the next stage models (full walking) when there is no longer a suitable size available or when wear and tear makes them no longer effective.

Foot type: The elastic lace and velcro models usually work best for medium or narrow feet, or feet with a medium/low instep. They are a snugger option over the instep because they include an elastic lace section. The velcro strap helps make them easy to put on and ensures the best fit.

Composition: Made from extra soft REACH leather, free from toxic substances and safe for babies. They feature a natural leather lining that lets feet breathe and an antibacterial insole, leather-lined, to absorb perspiration and draw it away from the shoe. The sole is made of super flexible natural rubber, durable and slip-resistant.

The brand: Tip Toey Joey is a Brazilian barefoot footwear brand founded in 2004, inspired by Sofia, the daughter of the couple Anna and Scott McInerney. The father is a designer and studied her little foot to create shoes that support natural development. It all started with the outline of her foot. Today, with over 20 years of experience, it is one of the leading references in children?s barefoot footwear.
