Geox barefoot boots, from one of the first traditional brands to develop a foot-friendly line, with a wide toe box so the toes can move freely. They also have a thin, flat and flexible sole. As with the models the brand is known for, the foot-friendly line also features a perforated sole with a waterproof and breathable membrane that allows the feet to breathe. They work well for children who are used to traditional footwear and are transitioning to barefoot, or who already like the brand's models.
Walking stage: These models are ideal for children with a fully established gait, meaning they have been walking independently for more than a year and have fully mastered walking and balance, being able to run and jump. They have a more structured sole, with protection all around for greater resistance and durability. They are ideal for everyday use and sports activities. As a reference, these models are usually worn by children between 3 and 7 years old.
Foot type: These models are ideal for medium, narrow or medium/low-instep feet. They have a lace and Velcro fastening that is more closed over the instep and provides a snug fit for lower-volume feet. In terms of width, they are a more medium option, so we recommend measuring the feet and comparing them with the size guide (the total lateral allowance should be between 0.3 and 0.7 cm across both sides of the foot).
Composition: The upper and interior are made from 100% leather. The sole is made from rubber, with perforations and a waterproof breathable membrane. The insole is removable and made from leather.
The brand: Geox began in 1992 when its founder came up with the idea of perforating the soles of his shoes to allow the foot to breathe. A simple idea that became the essence of the brand. It became a worldwide reference with a wide range of models. More recently, the brand has also responded to the changes taking place in the footwear world, where foot health and freedom of movement are the main concerns, by developing a foot-friendly line.
