Terms and conditions of the "Mada Friday" and "Mada Weekend" campaigns.The promotional campaign "Mada Friday" will be active on November 28, while "Mada Weekend" will be available from November 29 to December 1, with discounts clearly indicated on the products on our website www.madababystore.com. Our physical stores will be closed during this period (November 28 to December 1), so discounts will only apply online. The discount percentage is limited to existing stock and varies depending on the brand. The discount value will be displayed on each product, and some brands may not be eligible for the campaign. The discount percentages for the two campaigns differ, with "Mada Friday" offering higher discounts (up to 40% off on new collection items). During "Mada Weekend", discounts will be up to 30% off the new collection. Products found in the Outlet section have different conditions, as they belong to previous collections, and will always carry a 40% discount while stock lasts. These campaigns cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes. However, gift cards may be used as payment. Discounts are only valid and applicable during the campaign periods. If you need an exchange, the promotional price will still apply as long as the model remains the same, changing only size or colour. We encourage responsible purchasing: measure your child’s feet in advance and consult the brand size guides, choosing models with 0.8 to 1.2 cm of extra space. Exchanges and returns are always possible by following our return policy. Given the festive season approaching, we have extended the exchange period until January 15, 2026. This promotion is only valid online, as our Lisbon and Setúbal stores will be closed from November 28 to December 1. However, customers may still benefit from free in-store pickup, with collections available from Tuesday, December 2. Please wait for the email confirming that your order is ready for pickup. Exchanges and returns can also be made in-store after December 2.
